We at Redding wish to thank all of our customers for another year of support and partnership in the activity of reloading. We worked at a record pace to keep the shelves stocked and still develop new products to provide you an even better reloading experience for 2014.  We also took time to further our commitment to being 100% American Made by replacing our previous caps with an American made product. While doing so an employee asked if we would make a pink cap for women. Not only did we make the pink cap for women but we elected to donate 100% of its proceeds to the new Women’s Oncology Project at Camp Good Days and Special Times located here in the Fingerlakes region of Upstate New York, making this, in the greatest sense, “a cap for women”. Again, we thank you for being our customer and we will continue to strive to bring you the quality and commitment that is Redding.

Time has a way of changing the appearance of many things. Today we use computers and computerized machinery to help us produce parts more efficiently, but those underlying concerns of customer satisfaction remain true to our roots.

As we implement Total Quality Methods, we realize that these are an attempt to redefine what once made American manufacturing successful. To oversimplify TQM, we believe that these methods are an attempt to teach large companies ways to think and act like smaller ones by remaining close to their customer. Thankfully we are small enough that we have never lost touch with our customer. It is gratifying to realize that the people at Redding have been a Total Quality Team since their humble beginnings.

We intend to build our future on these same principles. Our customer is still the most important part of our Total Quality Team.
