Lyman Pro Die Pack
Lyman Pro dies will set a new standard for reloading die performance! Designed for the tremendous volume of our Mark 7 presses, every aspect of these precision dies was carefully engineered for top performance. Of course, they work great in regular progressive presses as well as turret and single station presses.
Our first consideration was the material of the dies. Our size, seat and crimp dies are all made of stainless steel which was chosen for its toughness and anti-corro- sion qualities. No more rusted dies! Our sizing dies are equipped with highly polished carbide rings for the ultimate in wear resistance and reduced sizing force. In addition, the sizing dies are equipped with a springloaded decapping rod system to ensure that the primer is forcefully ejected from the primer pocket.
Our rifle sets get our famous M die neck expander, with its fa- mous two step expander plug for just the right amount of neck tension and case mouth flare. The pistol sets include our flare die which are designed to allow bul- lets to properly sit on the case mouth prior to seating.
Next is our Micrometer Seating die. This seating die has a micrometer adjustable seating head for precision bullet seating length. Its floating bullet seating punch centers the bullet on the case and eliminates excessive run-out.
Finally, each set is equipped with a taper crimp die (micrometer adjustable) to fully remove any case mouth flare and to provide improved bullet retention. Lyman Pro dies offer more features at a better price than any competitive dies available!
Double Alpha Mr Bulletfeeder
However, Mr. Bullet Feeder has always been a little “rough” in appearance and finish. It was made from existing materials and parts, and as such never had the sleek look and feel of a refined “production” article. Also, since the bullet feeders have always been hand made, in moderate quantities, production costs have been high, and demand always exceeded availability.
Now, all this has changed! We are proud to introduce the new Mr. Bulletfeeder® by DAA. DAA and RAK Systems have teamed up and have retooled and redesigned the Mr. Bulletfeeder®, which is now manufactured by Double-Alpha Academy. The new system, manufactured under license by RAK Systems, is lighter in weight and more compact than the previous models. It is easier to install and set up, and has a more professional “production” look and feel.
An entirely new US Paten Pending dropper system allows the new model to function better and longer than before. The new dropper design eliminates the need for any spring or small plastic parts in the dropper head, and works entirely powered by gravity and an ingenious geometric design.

Oscillating Automated Priming System
Mark 7’s new Automated Priming System contains totally new, patented technology which provides nearly 100% successful primer orientation for your loading machine.
Hundreds of hours of development and testing have gone into the design of this system, along with the loading of hundreds of thousands of primers to ensure consistent, trouble-free operation.
This completely unique design features an oscillating primer reservoir which effortlessly orients primers and allows continuous primer feeding.
No more stopping your machine to reload primers using clumsy tubes! Simply add more primers into the built-in funnel without interruption to your loading operation. The large hopper can hold 300+ primers and includes a tough polycarbonate shield, which also keeps dust and debris out of the system.
In the unlikely event that an up-side-down primer does make it into the feed ramp, our failsafe sensor will de- tect it and sound an alarm for manual presses and stop the operation on automated machines.
In addition, change over between small and large size primers is easy to do and all parts are included. Dual optical sensors automatically start/stop the feed system to provide primers as needed. BulletSense® is the first electronic detection system that can stop your machine before any of the situations above impact your loading process. It also can act as a brass sensor.
We've created a laser mounted system on a user-adjustable slider that allows you to point the laser right where you want it - at the tip of the bullet or directly on the brass. If the laser beam is interrupted every time your machine makes a stroke, the machine continues ( i.e. if a bullet head or brass is present). If the laser is bounced back from the mirror and the circuit completes, the machine stops at the top of the stroke. You determine the height of the laser, you are now more in control of the operation of your machine. The user-adjustable slider is operated through a traditional thumb screw.

The 11” Case Feeder offers commercial grade performance and has innovative features to make your loading operations smooth and easy.
We started with all metal construction for strength and durability and added a variable speed DC motor which can be fine turned for your specific application.
An advanced and reliable proximity switch controls the flow of cases to the press.
Our unique bowl design has a trap door which makes it easy to remove cases as well as an adjustable funnel to handle most calibres.
The Case Feeder also features a quick detach funnel adapter for easy removal and installation.
Two versions are available: Mount directly to your Apex10 press or Universal mount which attaches to your bench, just where you need it.
While loading on a Mark 7® Apex 10, Evolution® or Revolution® you now have the ability to stop the machine if you have a primer that is missing or have other issues inserting a primer. Have you had the situation where you are loading at a pretty good pace only to find out that your supply contains non-conforming or missing primers? This can create havoc on your supply and loading operation–and in general–is a headache. Well, we have a solution !
This sensor is only available for the Apex 10, Evolution® and Revolution® class of machines that have priming systems in them (not brass processors). Regardless if you're set-up in Stacked Priming or with the Onboard Primer Collator this sensor slides right into the cut-out near your primer punch.
There are two specific functions of this sensor:
- Can stop your Apex 10, Evolution® or Revolution® in the event of a missing, upside down, cocked, or a primer that is too proud
- Can stop your machine if you have a jam and the machine does not index properly
- Both of these functions enable an alert on your tablet screen that the sensor has been activated
How does it work? You set the level of the primer probe at the side of the sensor so that the indication level is custom to your needs. Cartridges slide across the probe and if they meet the level the you set, the machine will continue to operate and if not, the machine can stop. The indexing sensor component of this unit works independently and senses the shell plate rotation. The programming on the machine is designed to alert the user when the machine has made a stroke but the shell plate has not indexed, or rotated. This sensor helps increase the utility of your machines by streamlining the overall loading process.
Machine will stop instantly when the red button is pressed.

Optical sensor that stops the machine and alerts you when a decapped primer is not present.
Sometimes you decap and sometimes you don't. (Decapping is the process in Station #2 that pushes out the old primer.) What happens when your decapping pin is broken and you don't realize it? How about that stubborn spent primer that hangs onto the pin and isn't fully discarded, only to be pushed back in by the swage station? Oops.
The swaging station adds a chamber to the inside of the primer pocket to ensure proper primer seating. If there is an obstruction, it prevents the swage rod from entering the primer pocket by either a partially ejected primer (often called a "ringer") or a small primer pocket. SWAGESense™ uses Mark 7® proprietary technology to not only perform a swage operation, but can also detect a ringer and small pocket primers.

SWAGESense™ is constructed using hard anodized aluminum and comes complete with two hardened chromoly swage rods - for both small and large primer pockets.
This powder measure is powered by a self-contained motor and includes powerful programming that ensures your caliber has the right powder profile needed given the machine speed. Largely used for rifle calibers, this measure can store profiles that maximize the powder dropped given the speed that the machine is running.

The Mark 7 Gen 2 Digital PowderCheck® Sensor can automatically stop the Apex 10 / Evo machine if you have a substantial double charge or no charge detected inside the case. If this happens you will then see a notification on the computer tablet to check the case powder level. A must-have for people that want full confidence that every round produced has powder. Gen 2 Digital Powder Check Sensor comes complete with probes for:
- Small pistol
- Small rifle
- Large pistol
- Large rifle
How it works: The user attaches the probe that corresponds to the case type and size to the sensor rod. Then adjust the sensing probe assembly to the correct height for the desired powder load by moving the sensor die up or down and secure the die. When the press is operating, the probe is automatically inserted into the charged case. This moves the sensor bar into its measuring position. If the sensor’s infrared laser beam is able to pass through either the sensor bar’s “over charge” or “under charge” window then the notification is triggered. Sensitivity is dependent on powder type and user adjustment. Works for all our products in the Autodrive line as well as Evolution PRO®

Can You Send Powders, Ammunition and Primers Straight To Me?

This comes at an extra cost to the average courier so we charge £20.00 for Hazmat deliveries (free for orders above £500) within the UK. This is regardless of the quantity of product ordered and regardless of the location within the UK.
As well as these rules, Primers and Ammunition are also licensable, meaning that you must hold a Section 1 Firearms Certificate or Section 2 Shotgun Certificate (dependant on the primers or ammunition you purchase). This means that because we cannot physically check your certificate, these items must be sent to an RFD (Registered Firearms Dealer) for collection by the customer (yourself). This allows you to present a copy of your Firearms/Shotgun certificate to the RFD prior to the goods being handed over.
In order to allow us to keep delivery charges as low as possible, we only dispatch Hazmat materials on a Wednesday. This means that if an order is placed on a Thursday, it will be 6 days before dispatch takes place.
